Posterfolio is forty-one posters, from startup teardowns and product launches to editorial covers, merch and title cards, every one held to a 4:5 frame. Fixing the format left composition, type and contrast as the only variables, which was the point.

About
Every poster gets the same rectangle, so the only thing left to improve is the thinking.
Almost nobody sees a poster at poster size any more. They see it small, in a feed or a grid, next to forty other things competing for the same second.
The fixed frame is the useful part. Every improvement has to come from composition, type or contrast, and there is nowhere to hide a weak idea.

Challenge
A startup teardown, a title card and a streetwear drop want completely different energy, and all of them have to come out of the same 4:5 frame.
Solution
I judged every poster small before judging it large. If the idea did not survive the thumbnail, I rebuilt the composition rather than making the type bigger.
Holding one format across 41 subjects turned a set of posters into a practice, and the range is the proof: the same rectangle changes temperature without changing shape.
